The Peninsula Hong Kong Hotel

I recently had an unbelievable stay at a hotel on the peninsula. The location was perfect, right across the harbor to Hong Kong Island. It felt safe even amidst the recent riots. The room was beautifully appointed and the bathroom was clean and modern. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The view from the hotel was breathtaking, overlooking the city skyline. I also enjoyed the facilities and room advantages, such as the pool and terrace.

The crowded lobby at times.

The Peninsula Hong Kong was pretty good during my recent stay. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like VIPs. The staff were very good too ensure our every need was met. The grand lobby and well-maintained decor showcased the hotel's luxury. The check-in process was efficient and personalized, making us feel welcomed. Our room on the 21st floor had a amazing view of Victoria Harbour. The spacious room was well-stocked with amenities from Oscar de la Renta, and the large bed with memory efficient mattresses provided a comfortable and restful sleep. The pool and outside deck with a view of the harbour were a perfect spot to relax. The spa, sauna, and gym were luxurious and well-maintained. The hotel's high-end shopping arcade offered a great variety of options. The multiple dining choices, especially Spring Moon, provided delicious food and excellent service. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as crowded lobby during high tea and the absence of certain facilities, my overall experience at The Peninsula Hong Kong was really good. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hong Kong.

The hotel provided free in-room movies and all the necessary amenities like chargers and headphones. The service was excellent, and we seemed like regular guests even on our second trip. The giveaways and value-added perks made our stay even better. The climate control and soundproofing in the rooms were great. The hotel had a relaxed and luxurious atmosphere without being stuffy. The combination of modern technology and luxurious materials in the room created a perfect blend of modern and old-school charm. The location was convenient, right across the harbor from Hong Kong Island, offering a beautiful view and easy access to the city.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, surrounded by multiple shopping malls in a relatively safe area from rioters. It is situated in the vibrant Kowloon area, offering plenty of excitement and convenience. Additionally, the hotel provides excellent service, with attentive staff who go the extra mile to cater to your needs. The breakfast at The Verandah is diverse and fresh, offering a wide range of options to satisfy different tastes.

The hotel could improve on its noise isolation as the ambient hall noise can be heard from the rooms in some cases.

I had the most very nice stay at a luxury hotel recently. The lobby was fine and the room I stayed in was elegant and luxurious. But the real standout was the perfect service I received. When I had a foot injury, the hotel were great too accommodate my needs. Not only did they let me check in early, but they also upgraded me to a handicapped room and provided a wheelchair, cane, and walker. The night manager even gave me his own wheeled office chair for added comfort. The hotel staff arranged for someone to shop for a cane that I could use on the airplane, ensuring my comfort during the entire trip. The breakfast area was attentive and always brought me anything I wanted from the buffet. From start to finish, the service was astonishing, making my stay lovely. I highly recommend this hotel for its really good service and luxurious accommodations.

The Peninsula Hong Kong was awesome with their really good service, from airport transportation to check-in. The hotel itself is fine, with fantastic amenities and delicious food. The staff, especially Emma, were accommodating and friendly. The history and significance of the hotel added to the experience. The rooms were excellent, with high-tech features and luxurious bathrooms. The staff were really good, even providing medical assistance when needed.

Excellent indoor pool and multiple dining options including the Veranda Restaurant and Felix. Room exceeded expectations, corner harbour view suite instead of a superior room. Superb room facilities and helpful staff. Luxurious Rolls Royce transfers and airport meet & greet. Kind staff upgraded room for maximum comfort and provided bath robes and slippers for kids.

From the moment I arrived, this hotel offered exclusive amenities that made me feel luxurious. the Spa & wellness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and massage services made for a relaxing stay. the breathtaking view from the sun terrace was absolutely stunning, especially at nighttime. the restaurant had delicious in-room breakfast, a coffee/tea station in the lobby and an impressive bar/lounge area. the private facilities were exceptional, and the location offered easy access to nearby attractions.

While enjoying the entertainment at the pool with the stunning view, I noticed the shallow end was not ideal for children.

Fantastic service, luxurious room amenities, cute staff, good afternoon tea, nice Christmas entertainment, complimentary upgrade.
